Kingman is located on Interstate 40 for easy travel west to the Los Angeles area and east to near the east coast at Wilmington, North Carolina. US 95 travels through Kingman on a north-south Route for Phoenix to Las Vegas.
The Federal Highway Administration have selected the route for a 280-mile stretch of freeway, called Interstate 11, which will pass through Kingman. It will run from Nogales, serving Tucson and Phoenix and north to the Colorado River. It will then cross the Hoover Dam Bridge and onward into Nevada to Las Vegas.
Kingman has easy access to Las Vegas, Nevada; Laughlin, Nevada; Bullhead City, Arizona; Lake Havasu City, Arizona; Flagstaff, Arizona; Phoenix, Arizona; Williams, Arizona; Prescott, Arizona and Sedona, Arizona.
